Frank and his team were truly a Godsend during the scariest, most difficult, and vulnerable season of my life. I initially retained a different firm at the start of my custody case, and that decision ended up being a mistake. Fortunately, I was able to make the switch, and Gem State made the transition seamless and stress-free. Throughout the case, Frank, Melody, and Raquel each took the time to listen to my fears and concerns, meeting me with genuine kindness and compassion. They had an incredible ability to ease my anxiety and make me feel supported every step of the way. I hired Frank to help me modify my custudy in hopes to get full custody of my 2 kids. Best decision I ever made. Frank was true to his words, he and his staff made this process so easy and simple. Frank was dedicated to my case, he met all the deadlines, returned my emails in a reasonable time. The process was so easy and stress free because of Frank. When you find yourself with a need to acquire the services of a family law attorney, you'll wonder "did I hire the right firm", "will they have my best interests in mind" or "will they really care about me or am I just another cash cow". I can say without reservation or hesitation that Gem State Family Law was amazing. I always felt they had my best interests in mind and that they genuinely cared about me and my situation. While my costs incurred ran higher than anticipated due to extenuating circumstances, it was worth every penny given the care and concern shown by Frank and Melody. I strongly recommend them, they will fight for you and serve your interests with genuine compassion and concern.
