I discovered the Gordon Law Group after extensive research on my own evaluating the best and most successful employment attorneys. Frankly, I was looking to find the highest quality of representation with labor law expertise that I could find in the Boston area. Then I met Phil Gordan. Phil is great. My online inquiry was responded to immediately. I found Phil to be very easy to talk to, a great listener, empathetic, thorough and friendly. During our conversation, I could tell immediately that Phil “had been there and done it” …that is, that he has extensive experience with executive compensation issues including equity (RSU’s/Stock) and non-disclosure and non-compete agreement terms. The result of the negotiation was a huge success and the outcome even better than I originally envisioned. I would highly recommend Phil. The highest rating on Google is a 5, but if I could, I’d give him a 6!

Please just close your doors. I cannot believe the audacity of how they treat people on the phone; such rude agents that answer this phone, who are very unprofessionally ignorant. People call attorneys for assistance with legal matters only to be mocked, disrespected, mistreated, and told “we cannot provide legal assistance over the phone” —THEN WHAT GOOD IS HIRING AN ATTORNEY, REALLY?! May I inform you that your demographic is no longer qualifying of “The Greatest Generation”, the “Silent Generation” or “Baby Boom” generations as many of those people no longer work. Your audience demographic consists of Gen X (1965-1980) and Gen Y alias Millennials (1981-1991) who wouldn’t be calling you in the first place, if COMPANIES TREATED EVERYONE FAIRLY. I would NEVER recommend this lawyer group, ever. On the contrary, due to the ignorance of the female who answered my call this week and told me that “its legal” that my employer company is overworking, financially abusing, committing financial fraud, and jeopardizing the safety of the employees despite OSHA being aware of the issues and refusing to correct it….proves this law firm cares more about the “trending” cases rather than possibly REAL MONEY (thousands if not millions) off filing a lawsuit against this company. Too bad, because this company has been sued twice before between 2019-2021 and again in 2023. Sooooo….explain to me why ignorance and ignoring those who ACTUALLY NEED an attorney to represent them is so much less important than the “it” case of the year. 0/1Million stars.

I asked Ben Flam to represent me on an issue and he was professional, personable and persistent. He worked for an outcome that was fair to both sides. He was in my corner and was comforting and supportive. He didn’t over promise and his advice was pragmatic. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Phil Gordon is a Pro's Pro and a top-notch Genuine Guy! Was introduced through a mutual contact in the 11th hour of a case and Phil stepped right in and got the job done; without hesitation and with maximum efficiency. My family and I cannot thank him enough for the successful outcome due to his experience and expertise! Phil truly cared about the situation and seamlessly gave me attention during his busy schedule (even late at night while he was traveling).
