Michael Vaghaiwalla represented me during my relocation case. I had previously divorced my children's father and signed the worst parenting plan (with a different attorney) in order to speed up that process. I was actually sent to Michael from that attorney because they had to go against him in a courtroom and said he was the best out there! Michael inherited a mess to say the least. He was understanding, organized and tactful with every minute of my case and did not sugar coat anything. I had been living in FL for majority of my children's life and wanted to move back to GA to be with my family after the divorce. He told me it would be a hard case to win, and it definitely was, but he made it look easy. I had confidence sitting in the courtroom because I knew I had him backing me up. After it all, I have a parenting plan that is exactly what I wanted, I have majority of the time sharing and leverage in case I need it. I'm typing this from my home IN GEORGIA happy as can be. Michael is worth every penny. Honestly, you will probably spend more money with a different attorney as they play the email game back and forth with your exes attorney all while trying to avoid the courtroom. Save yourself some stress and just hire Michael. ...and the office staff is so kind and helpful as well!
Michael Vaghaiwalla guided me through a challenging divorce including emergency pick up orders for parental kidnapping, false DCF reporting, retro child support, and contempt. There was a stressful concern for international parental abduction. Michael's expertise/experience padded the parenting plan with strong language that includes the Hague Convention for Child Abduction. Additional protections were added placing sole financial responsibility while my son travels to the Philippines if he is wrongfully retained. (U.S Attorney fees, Philippines Attorney fees, investigation fees, transportation & lodging fees, etc). I feel safe and confident in the matter now and every hurdle was handled with poise and precision. Michael is board certified in Marital and Family law, putting him in the 1 percentile. He's the Tom Brady of his craft and I'm endlessly thankful to him and his team.
I’ve been a client of Mr. Vaghaiwalla for several years now, and I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. He is straightforward, honest, and truly fights for his clients. Clare is also wonderful—always kind, supportive, and incredibly helpful. I’m very grateful for the dedication and care this team has shown me!

I recently had attorney Bayhi as my lawyer for a step parent adoption case. I highly recommend her. She was very professional, patient, understanding and she is very competent in her job. Her assistant was AWESOME as well. I always felt like I mattered when I called, even by the receptionist. Thank you all for great quality services, our family is forever grateful. !
