I needed a reliable law firm that could take of my situation . I called Greene and Hafer LLC lawfirm. I was represented by Suzanne Hafer. Let me tell you this woman hasn't been super lawyer 10+ years for nothing. She is phenomenal she listened to my problem gave me sound advice . Took my calls and walked me through all the legal process .and The case was resolved in my favor. Not knowing what the outcome would be. I know there are a lot of lawyers out there. I cannot recommend Susanne (Hafer) highly enough. From our very first conversation, she was attentive, personable, and an active listener. She truly believed me and went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf. She has a rare ability to balance honesty with optimism, which gave me both clarity and confidence during a very stressful time. She successfully negotiated my case and helped me secure exactly what I asked for. Throughout the entire process, she treated me with genuine care and respect. I never felt like “just another client.” I felt seen, valued, and heard. Her hourly rate was also very reasonable, especially considering the exceptional level of service she provides. Laurie listened to my time sensitive employment matter, asked all the right questions, and spent about twice the amount of time on the phone with me than she indicated a typical consultation lasts (we spoke in detail for nearly a full hour). She was honest about no guarantees, needing to speak with the partners, and she stated her boundaries respectfully and professionally. I knew I was in good hands. The second call she scheduled with me was to offer counsel for a retainer of 20k up front, after I had already explained my financial situation during our initial consultation. Professional? Absolutely. Knowledgeable? It appeared so. In fact, I turned a blind eye to her previous work history as an employee of ICE due to her investigative nature. But if you don’t have a 20k retainer, I wouldn’t suggest calling this firm and getting your hopes up.

I highly recommend Attorney Greene and her firm. She is, without question, among the best in the field and exactly the caliber of attorney you want on your side. Her level of expertise is rare. My advice is to trust her and the process, she delivers results.

Susanne Hafer is a very professional, ethical, knowledgeable, and understanding attorney amazingly easy and pleasant at communicating. She was very responsive to all our calls and emails, always explained all the steps and what to expect in advance and in an easy-to-understand way, she was flexible in taking different approaches/steps when the situation changed. Of course, I wish I never got in a situation when I needed a lawyer to defend me, but I'm really glad to find Ms Hafer's professionalism and ethics to do so. Highly recommend working with her.
