Mr. Haas behaved in a professionally reckless and dangerous manner, with the medical knowledge he was doing so. He possessed comprehensive HIPPA protected medical records from a related prior case that fully outlined the neurodegenerative disease & cognitive disability. He personally made medical judgment beyond his scope of expertise in defiance of all pertinent medical records was uniquely in possession of. Mr. Haas’ actions harmed a severely cognitively disabled, terminally ill client with full knowledge & irrefutable medical documentation his professional actions had no other outcome than harm to his client.
