I was very pleasantly surprised at the time Mr. Prchal took to speak with me about my case. Especially since it was not something he handled. He kindly provided me with information and referred me to someone who specialized in my issue. This helped calm me down too, since I'm pretty nervous right now! Thank you!

The communication and customer service has been top notch. When I submit a question I receive a reply back the same day. And I know it's a person I'm talking to bc she has been very empathetic with my case and the issues I am dealing with.
