I never had to deal with lawyers except through the usual business-related stuff. PRIOR TO Yaschar of Sarpa Law, I enlisted a lawyer who did NOT show up (when he said he would), never called us (and only communicated with us through his assistant), and had the audacity to say they will let go of us (again, through his assistant) just because we were insistent on getting an actual conversation with the lawyer himself to guidance on what to do. We found Yaschar through a Google search of "top for lawyers in Medford, Oregon + immigration." We e-mailed him (not hoping for much), and he e-mailed us within the hour! After one or two e-mail exchanges, he called us SAME DAY and spent the whole hour listening to us, explaining to us all possible scenarios (what to expect and not expect, dos and don'ts) -- Yaschar actually spent the time talking to us without any expectations that we will get his services. It was a no-brainer. I finally found my lawyer! He was very factual and did not try to over promise anything. He gave us sample scenarios, what historically happens, and all possible options we have and could take. I ended our phone conversation feeling positive, motivated, and confident to move forward. Some important points of my experience with Yaschar: * He responds to your e-mails and calls promptly -- he never was too busy (which he always is) to take time to respond back. * He sends shoots me an e-mail just to check on how I am doing. * He makes time for you. Whenever we are on a call, I never felt rushed to keep our conversation short. * The proverbial "does what he says & says what he will do." Most importantly, he made me feel important and heard (in the authentic sense and not just pretending). He always assured me of things that he knows is within our control, yet realistic of things that are beyond our control. I gave my full trust to Yaschar, confident about the fact that he will do everything to get me the best results. It's also a super major factor that he is well-connected in Medford and have great relationships with key people in the area (that helped a great deal). And YASCHAR DID PULL THROUGH FOR ME! The result of my ruling was above and beyond than I expected!!!! I understand that everyone's goal is for a lawyer who can guarantee a favorable outcome of a case -- any lawyer can promise that. But the most important part of the process, I believe, is to have a lawyer who makes you feel YOU do matter. And that is Yaschar of Sarpa Law.

My employer wanted to sponsor my H1-B visa and they decided to ask Sarpa Law for assistance. They were extremely helpful. We didn't realize how late in the game we were, but Yashar and his team managed to squeeze us in and helped us out within days! The process was so fast and so easy that we didn't need to worry much. We trust that they know what they're doing. 10/10 would recommend.
