DON’T GO THERE! All they care is about the money, you will only talk to the lawyer once, and then you will only speak with the secretary/paralegal
This law firm posted a "no parking sign - owners will be towed" on a low post in front of the parking spaces that faced away from their building entrance. The law firm building is adjacent to another building which houses an orthopedic office. The sign was half hidden by the bushes and the signpost itself did not meet the 6' high requirement for a standard no parking sign. Needless to say, I did not notice the sign which was 3 spaces away from the slot I parked in. I entered the adjacent building and when I came out 45 minutes later, my car had been towed away. I paid the $250 fine to get my car back, grudgingly. I find it very disturbing that a law firm would ignore the legal requirements for signage and post no parking signs in places that are not easily visible. This does not speak well for their integrity.
Brandon was incredibly helpful with the guidance and openness to talk. His abilty to grasp information quickly and provide options to consider was amazing. Thank you so much for your kind support
They charge $300 just for a consultation for a K-1 visa. Which the secretary told me was just the consultation and does not include any of the filing paperwork! Obviously I have the money to afford an attorney, but I’ve never heard of one charging $300 just for a consultation to see if they would take my case or not! The secretary told me she didn’t know if they handled my issue and that I could pay for them to tell me if they do that type of thing. I would have been more than happy to pay thousands for the services but it seems unreasonable to charge for a consultation for a case they may not even take! Usually consultations are free or the fee applies to the work they will do. Bad customer service and greedy attorney!
