My initial question recieved an email response on the same day while other law firms that I have contacted have not even responded as of this day. My questions were answered less than 3 hours after meeting the Paralegal. Very fast response time, certainly. The response was satisfactory and the Paralegal was nice and friendly. Thank you for your help! I would also like to thank Anabel Martinez for being patient at customer service and Annie Hoogerwerf for her fast response.

Could not be more satisfied. Alex McShiras and Terry are very professional and thorough. We have hit many challenges throughout my husband's adjustment of status but they were with us during the whole process. Alex's knowledge of immigration law is very impressive and kept our minds at ease during the whole adjustment process. We had a more complicated case and we definitely received what we paid for. We tried other law firms and felt that since our case was a difficult one they weren't interested. This was not the case with Alex and his team he took on the case and always gave us realistic expectations. The Colorado Springs team of Joseph Law Firm is very trustworthy and I can not recommend them enough! They really care about their clients they were so happy for us when we got the visa in the mail.

Zachary New and Joseph & Hall PC were very helpful in providing an answer to our question of working with a student on F-1 visa with OPT EAD card. We would absolutely work with them in the future on immigration employment law questions, and highly recommend to others.

I am a new client at Joseph Law Firm and I find this Law Firm very professional, I had a very incompetent Law Firm before like -0 stars in google review seriously scary. So I decided to go with someone else, and I decided to go for a consultation with Jeff Joseph at the Aurora office since I heard very good reviews and recommendations about them. Attorney Jeff Joseph was very informative and professional he had an answer for all my questions. I did not had any doubts to hire them. They started working on my case as soon as I hired them. Alex McShiras and Terry have been working on my case at the Colorado Springs Office and they have answer my emails and return phone calls immediately. Zach was wonderful. He provided me with a lot of useful information in regards to assistance with hiring someone on a work visa. When we are able to complete the process as a business, we will be working with Zach for sure.
