I received a call from an 888 number while driving—something I usually ignore, as I get 10 to 15 scam calls a day. But for some reason, I answered. A woman’s voice asked, “Is this Debra?”—which is exactly how most scam calls start—so I hung up immediately. When did companies decide to just call people and not identify themselves by stating their name and what company they calling from? Such a lack of customer service skills and attention to detail. Curious, I called the number back to see if it was another Medicare scam so I could block it. When a woman answered and stated the name of the company, I realized it was about a job I had recently applied for. I explained that I thought the original call was regarding a job interview. Instead of acknowledging that, she began asking for my first and last name, and said she didn’t see a “case” for me in the system. I clarified again that I wasn’t a client—I was a prospective employee. She placed me on hold, and while the hold music was playing, I could still hear her trying to talk to me. I mentioned it, as it seemed like a glitch in their phone system. Eventually, she told me I would get an email confirming an interview for Friday at 11 AM. That was it—no details, no confirmation, no courtesy. Interesting enough I still have not received an email. Such red flags 🚩 everywhere with this company! Frankly, her demeanor was very discourteous and lacked any sense of professionalism or service. She acted like she didn’t care at all, and that left me with serious red flags about working for this company or alongside people with that kind of attitude. I’m sharing this experience because I highly doubt anyone is monitoring how phone calls are being handled at this company—but they should be.

Love how honest the attorney is and how easy the straight forward the whole process was. The contract explains everything and even keep you updated on your case

Very good, professional team. This is our second time working with this office. They put a lot of effort and time into our case. We got my husband’s green card with them in 2015 and this year we hot his Citizenship done. 100% recommended!

They have really good attorney but front desk girls doesn't know how to do their job. I scheduled the appointment and when I call to confirm my appointment on the day of appointment, I get to know they didn't even scheduled me. They again waste my time by saying that let us review it again again, even then I have to call them to know if they reviewed it or not. In the end I get to know they didn't scheduled my appointment which they and I already knew at first place. Waste to Time all along.
