I had Kay represent an extended family member their my divorce case, even with high recommendation whom I am assured came from a close friend of hers and not a previous client. Here are some key points from other low reviews: 1. Wasted my time to soak up the clock. 2. Ended up going to mediation AND court after they clearly expressed to her that they wanted this not to go to 3. Never gave me useful information which led to going back and forward to key point 1 She will harass you with retainers to continue representing you and holds future retainers over your head that are not applicable to the current situation like asking for a court retainer when you are still in the mediation process. To date, the extended delays in this case have largely been the result of the prior strategic approaches taken by BOTH parties' represented counsel.

Kimberly Stommes did an amazing job fighting along side me! She is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and reassuring when the case gets difficult. If I had questions, she would make time to answer them as soon as able. I don't think I would have been able to get the results without her. Thank you !

Three years and nothing but a bill for $8K ! Started working with Paul Jeddolah for elder advice. He recommended divorcing my Alzheimer diagnosed wife which seemed to make sense. There was no priority and he retired. My case went to Lillian Sackett and she seemed to get things going but she never had our assets divided. When asked by the judge why, she had no response and the judge became furious. We had to dismiss the divorce proceedings. This was after three years! In summary nothing was done for about $6k and they want $2k more! Unbelievable!
