We had a very disappointing experience. For months, we received no updates at all. Every time we called to ask for progress, we were told the work was “not ready yet.” After waiting several more months, we were informed that the lawyer was on vacation and that she would call us when she returned—but that call never came. It has now been over a year, and communication has been extremely poor throughout the entire process. Only recently did they complete the first step of the work—something that should have been done a long time ago. Now they are using that as a reason to refuse our refund, despite the excessive delays. We have been trying to get our money back for months, but they continue to deny it. We have since hired new lawyers who have handled our case far more professionally and responsibly than this firm ever did. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend their services.

Not a good company to try to go get your papers worked on. Hold on to your papers for years without getting anything done, taking milk people's money.

Truly a 5 star + review on Jeff and his team of immigration attorneys. Our family got recently approved a prestigious nonimmigrant VISA and we could not be happier. The interaction with Jeff was great and on point, followed by a rapid and straightforward implementation of the agreed VISA application strategy with E.B. and C.S. I wouldn't recommend them as the one lawyer that should actually know and full be immersed in the immigration law himself (As he is immigrant as well), didn't know bases of the family-based immigration, that is John. I definitely do not want to recommend them as I was denied because he wasn't aware of some crucial facts about my case and would recommend going to FitzGerald Law Company, not only did they patch up my case but help me speed it up!
