We had the pleasure of working with the Kagan Sterm firm (with Stephen Stern as lead counsel) on a lengthy and contentious dispute. Even though Stephen and Shannon had not worked with the type of technology that was at issue in our case, they learned the key technological aspects quickly, were able to break down the case into its core legal issues with clarity, and ultimately helped us reach a reasonable resolution.
