KLM has been outstanding from start to finish. Marina’s responsiveness and attention to detail were next level — her replies were so fast and so thorough that I genuinely wondered if she was an AI. If Marina is human, she absolutely deserves a raise. If she’s not, then KLM has achieved sentient perfection. Either way, the service was exceptional and made a stressful process much easier. The 0nly reason i gave 1 star it's because there isn't 0... ​I would strongly advise anyone against using KLM immigration and even more against Marina’s services. We paid a significant amount of money, but in return, we received nothing more than basic paperwork assembly. ​The professional failures were severe: ​Incorrect Legal Advice: She told us an eTA was not required for Canada. Because of this false information, I was denied boarding. ​Zero Support: There was no emergency number to reach her when things went wrong at the airport. ​Incomplete Work: We never received an official letter of denial or any assistance with appeals. ​Beyond the thousands of dollars lost on flights and fees we couldn't afford, the human cost has been devastating. My family is now separated, and the emotional toll on my partner and children has been heart-breaking. This wasn't just a business transaction; she played with our lives and our future. Save your money and your family’s well-being—look elsewhere for an actual professional.

Marina was an absolute pleasure to work with ~ she communicates clearly and was in touch with me within 24 hours if I had any questions or concerns. I am so glad I reached out to Marina to help me apply for a TRP so I could travel to Québec City for Christmas with my dad, who has always wanted to spend Christmas there. Marina is super responsive and answered my emails pretty much immediately (even on weekends which was not necessary but I appreciate it)! She was also very thorough and answered all of my questions. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, she made the process seem so easy and my TRP was approved! I highly recommend Marina for anyone seeking a TRP or Canadian immigration assistance.
