I hired Eric for a very complex Immigration/Criminal case. My case was handled by another attorney and it was complete mess - so i decided to go for different attorney and Eric took up my case and Eric informed before hand that this is complex and will take time. Eric tried multiple strategies till he found the one that gave best possible outcome. he has shown aggression whenever needed but overall he was very professional.Extermely satisfied with the final outcome and he made sure that the outcome wont impact the immigration status, I dont need to ask for an update, he gathered all information needed and communicated the progress as and when happened.

Im very disappointed with the lack of compassion and professionalism from everyone in this office. As it turns out, Marisol wasn’t filing all of our paperwork with USCIS, causing major delays in our case. There were many issues when they moved offices and were unable to attain their mail, which of course we suffered for. Everyone in this office seemed to brush off these problems as if they weren’t affecting our lives tremendously. It was such a waste of time and money dealing with them. Thankfully after three years of getting nowhere with this law office, I was able to find an immigration attorney who would be of actual assistance. In 2 months, our new attorney was able to get my husband approved for residency. I see that these reviews are always recognized and replied to, and any negative feedback is immediately dismissed and there is always some sort of excuse as to why something went wrong, and it’s of course never their fault. I wish someone would just take accountability for their lack of actions and at the very least, apologize for what we had to go through on their behalf.

After thoroughly researching for the right lawyer, My husband and I were lucky enough to retain the services of attorney Erick Mark . As per to our experience, Atty Mark exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond in our case. Our case had a criminal & Immigration background which posed many hurdles to get through, thankfully Atty Mark and his staff where always transparent and responsive to all phone calls and Emails. More importantly, as a previous paralegal for a different firm , I strongly attest to Atty Mark's professionalism. He is one of the few attorney's that is fully immersed in his work and exhausts all legal avenues to provide the best outcome to each case. I found Mr. Eric through a simple Google search and was very nervous at first because I've been trying to obtain my citizenship for over a decade and was unsuccessful with many other lawyers who was too nervous to take my case. I am100% excited to say that fear is gone because of Mr. Eric. I AM NOW A U.S.A CITIZEN!!! Mr. Mark is responsible for the joy me and my family now have.
