The Law Office of Marry Higgins, LLC is an A++ Firm. Faced with a legal situation that I was unfamiliar with and time being of the essence, I researched attorneys/firms familiar with my type of legal case and lawsuit brought against me (debt collection/creditor). The Law Office of Marry Higgins, LLC received great reviews, so I decided to complete their initial intake form during a weekend (Sunday) - and to my delightful surprise, they contacted me the following day. From the initial conversation I felt very comfortable with deciding to move forward with them representing me. They were very upfront about the services they could provide, the cost, and all of the possible outcomes. They were very prompt with responses, always available to answer any questions and provided impeccable services from beginning to end. 100%, I would not hesitate to use them again and/or refer them to family, friends, and loved ones. Deciding to hire them for my legal issue was the best decision I could have made. Job well done to Marry Higgins and Staff!

I called after hours and left a message with the answering service. I run a credit repair business and have several clients that need an attorney to defend their rights under the FCRA for credit reporting violations. I wanted to set up a call to speak to Miss Higgins about referring those clients to her for legitimate legal counsel. I left a message that evening and called the next morning and my number was blocked. I called several times and received an automated response saying the line was busy, but got straight through when I called from a different number. I was shocked. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I can make assumptions about Mary Higgins but obviously she's not interested in actually helping anyone. Don't let the website fool you, she does what is profitable for her business only.

If you are looking for a seasoned, professional, responsive, straightforward, trustworthy attorney then I highly suggest you hire Mary Anne Detweiler & Mary Higgins! I recently worked with The Law Office of Mary Higgins to represent me in my civil case and I have zero regrets! Mary Anne Detweiler is kind and very knowledgeable. She is persistent, assertive, and showed genuine concern in resolving my problem. She knew the law like the back of her hand and made sure to protect all my rights. Hiring Lawyers Mary Higgins and Mary Detweiler for my credit card case was the absolute best decision. The firm is intentional, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and focuses on clients best interest when handling and settling debt matters. You not only get debt defense, but also debt management education. They care about your now and future. Their ability to manage complex debt lawsuits is beyond impressive. If you have any credit card legal matters you need help with, Mary Higgins Law Firm is by far the best money you will ever spend on your defense! Ideally, one doesn't let their debt problems spiral out of control to the point that they're being sued, but if you're reading this review, chances are you're probably at that point like I was. I hired the Law Office of Mary Higgins to represent me in a debt collection lawsuit. They were easy to talk to and are sympathetic to your situation. They were able to accept the summons on my behalf as well as negotiate a settlement that I thought was fair. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
