I had a very good experience with the entire team here. The consultation followed by an in-person meeting helped me understand the process and what was required at each stage very clearly. I was extremely impressed by the swiftness of the entire team, my whole case was filed within a day of me submitting all the documents, which is exceptional!! Even when I had questions about case processing after the filing was done, I was given concise and clear guidance. I cannot recommend their services enough!!

I agree with previous comments — asking for a photo through a Google form before the consultation feels strange. However, since this company was recommended to me by friends, I decided to schedule a consultation with a paralegal. After the consultation, I asked to review the contract before proceeding, but I was told that everything had been explained during the consultation and that they do not provide a contract for prior review. This is a very unusual practice — you are expected to agree to work together before even seeing the contract. Additionally, their questionnaire stated that if you were referred by someone and mentioned their name, you would receive a 50% refund on the consultation fee. I provided the name, but was told I was not eligible for a refund because my consultation was with a paralegal. Unfortunately, these kinds of surprises at the very beginning are concerning. Please be cautious when dealing with this company.

I’ve had some awful experiences with immigration lawyers in the past which have cost me thousands of dollars so I had researched long and hard before finally deciding to hire Olena Manilich. And I’m so glad did. Everyone in her office was incredibly helpful, professional and just overall pleasant to work with. Any concerns or questions I had were answered in a speedy manner.
