I have worked with Sara on several cases, and I am consistently impressed by her legal expertise. She is an excellent trial attorney and a great writer. Beginning in 2020 and culminating in 2025, Sara has been by my side through all the ups and downs of battling the Federal Government. With over 1,500 pages of investigative work (paid for by the Federal government) plus emails, affidavits, etc., Sara poured through these documents to solidify our case against the FAA. We won the initial decision, the FAA appealed, We won the Appeals court. The FAA still refused to comply. Sara filed additional paperwork. In the end we finally succeeded in getting my job back, all back pay plus benefits, and compensation. Throughout, Sara was uncompromising. When the FAA offered a ridiculously low sum to settle the case Sara immediately told them we would see them in court. I love the tenacity and grit!
