Vivien does the work so you get results. Family law is a long drawn out ordeal. Vivien cuts through so much of the B.S. She’s often the only one in the room behaving like an adult. You want to get the bickering over and move on with your life. you need Vivien with you, guiding the way and handling the details.

I have been a client of Vivien Stark for about 13 years. She has represented me in court in a very contentious divorce , child support and visitation when my ex-wife was dictating when I could and could not see my kids. My ex-wife put me through hell, but her attorneys were no match for Vivien. I was able to keep my whole pension and half of the house and get visitation orders in place thanks to Vivien. She even represented me in a closing a year after my divorce, where my ex-wife was buying me out of the marital home and tried to cheat me out of my share. She was not happy to see Mrs Stark walk into that closing. I could not be happier with Vivien's services. Needless to say that we came out ahead in every case that we had, including the closing. Her office staff is very friendly and helpful and whenever I had a question or problem, she always took the time to get back to me and discuss any issues I had. I think that one of the best qualities that Vivien Stark has is that she is very honest with her clients. If she doesn't think there is a good chance of you winning in court, she will tell you and give you other options, even if it means her losing out on money, unlike other lawyers that only care about making money off you no matter how your case turns out. I have spoken so highly of her to all of my friends that every time someone is looking for a divorce attorney, they call me so that I can give them Vivien's number. Hands down, Vivien is the best attorney in NY!
