My husband called for an appt,he was told to call Sep 6..I told him it’s Saturday call Friday.. he called Friday just for the secretary to tell him ohh you should have called on the first.. well it was a holiday so yeah secretary’s aren’t giving correct information!!..

I had heard very good comments about the lawyer karen, but the office staff that answered my call were terribly rude. What an awful experience. I had called a week prior to make an appt for a consultation, they said to call back on 3/3, which i did at 9am on the dot. Office staff picked up and said to call back 4/1. I asked how could it be if it was 9am, she said I know sorry and placed me on hold. I stayed on hold another 5 min. Thinking she was checking to see if there was any availability, but no. I decided to call back to which I spoke with someone telling them that I had called last week and was told to call at 9am today and she said everything is full. What a janky system, and rude staff.
