Allison, who works here as an assistant for Mitchell, is a wonderful person who answered my call. She listened to my problem carefully and was very patient as I explained my situation. She truly empathized with me. She also referred me to an appropriate attorney who could help with my case. Sometimes, in difficult moments, all we really need is someone who listens and points us in the right direction. I’m genuinely glad I called them, and honestly surprised — in a world where most places just say “leave your number and we’ll call you back,” it’s refreshing to meet someone who still cares. 🤷🏼‍♀️
