Extremely poor communication and lack of professionalism. Attorney Gutow-Ellis reached out to me, conducted a phone interview, and asked over 10 detailed questions about my situation, only to decline the case and repeatedly refuse to provide any explanation for the decision. ​While attorneys have the right to choose their clients, leading someone through an intensive screening process and then stonewalling them is amateurish and disrespectful of a person's time. If you value transparency and professional etiquette, I would not recommend this firm.
