I was hesitant to engage a lawyer after my accident, but over time I realized I wouldn't be able to manage it on my own. Jeff Kratz has been amazing- talked me through every step, kept me up to date, and basically did ALL the work. My case was not necessarily cut and dry as there was a delay before the medical symptoms began. Nevertheless, they believed me & persevered.
