My experience: I’ve now had the same disappointing experience TWICE with Lisinski Law Firm, which has left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. In both instances, I reached out, explained my situation in detail, and was told I was eligible to proceed with my case. I promptly provided all the requested information. Most recently, about two weeks ago, I followed up again and was once more asked for the same information, which I submitted without problem. I was told I would be contacted by Wednesday of last week. It is now Monday of the following week, and I have yet to receive any follow-up or communication!! The lack of follow-through and responsiveness, especially after expressing interest and providing all necessary documentation, has been very disappointing to say the least. Clear communication is very important, and unfortunately, this experience has not met that standard. I’m sharing this in the hope that the firm takes feedback seriously and improves the consistency and reliability of its client communications.

Everyone at this firm is very knowledgeable and helpful. Astrid answered every question or concern we had and we really appreciate her for that. This process is very nerve wracking but she made us feel comfortable and was very helpful. Thank you Astrid

Extremely disappointed with their “work” if it can be called like that. Very unprofessional, they made mistakes filing the paperwork, kept calling over and over for the same things, never corrected the issues, took statements and translated them as they wished without even thinking in the consequences of the falsely statements, when pointed out to them never corrected them. Also lied to me about the time of process of the forms and said that immigration made changes when it was a lie. I contested the charges and still took $2500 from me and I’ve been requesting a refund because they didn’t even started my process and whatever “work” they did was full of mistakes and never corrected. Please stay away from them. These are a bunch of unprofessional people that claim that the main lawyer checks the paperwork when clearly is a lie. Be careful. I will file complaints with the proper agencies to get my money back. It’s not fair to promise services and don’t do anything or do it incorrectly. You can’t charge for a defective service. Eso es ser ESTAFADOR.
