They do not check up on the refugees, they dump them in your neighborhood and run. In a 6 months span we have had 8 families out of nowhere end up in our nice neighborhood. None of them speak a single word of English, no how to up keep their exteriors of homes, and drive like idiots in the residential 25 mph zone. Instead they act as if they are somehow entitled to do whatever the hell they want. You bring them here, it is your responsibility to assure they are assimilating and contributing to society.

Luther social services makes Siouxfalls a worse place to live in. They need to close their doors and find another community to be in. Go to the twin cities.

Now LSS got the very right place with lot of parking lot and nearby bus stop. Front Attendants and Restroom might need lil more attention.
