I deleted my previous review couple of time and reposted this one to restate my experience more clearly and carefully. The firm declined to take my case, which I respect. My concern is not the refusal itself, but how the interaction was handled and how it was later addressed publicly. During the phone call, I was asked a question that was based on an assumption and came across as disrespectful. I corrected the assumption at the time, but no apology was offered, which I did not appreciate. After the case was declined, the call ended with a statement such as “we’ll talk later,” which was confusing given that representation had already been refused. In the firm’s public response, details and characterizations of a private phone conversation were shared. I was uncomfortable with consultation-related information being discussed publicly, and I do not believe that is appropriate or professional. This review reflects my personal experience and discomfort with how the matter was handled. If there was an apology at that time or later. I would not post the review, but they never did.

My wife and I both used Stacy and she is a fantastic lawyer! She is efficient, responsive, creative with ideas when that is required, and a pleasure to work with. Fees were very fair. She also has a great office staff, and they are easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful. Will definitely use again should the need arise. Can't recommend highly enough!
