Mr. Melehy and Emily could not have been more helpful or generous with their time. While my case was ultimately not the right fit for their practice at this time, I felt they took extraordinary time and care in evaluating the case. They are extremely knowledgeable with regard to FSLA issues in DC. I would highly recommend anyone with overtime issues with their employer reach out to this firm to get help. From the beginning to the end Melehy and Associates were kind, knowledgeable, and executed with urgency. This is honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an attorney. My case was a wages case against a Fortune 500 company that denied paying what I rightfully earned. I got the best service here. I had a wage theft claim that needed to be handled, and they definitely handled it. I got over $7,000.00 dollars from missing wages from my previous employer. I did little footwork after contacting them, they worked on a contingency basis, and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Thank you Ms. Melehy and Mr. Balashov, you two are awesome.
