Melissa Graham-Hurd is an extremely knowledgeable, caring attorney. She is very good at explaining the process and ensures you understand what is happening every step of the way. Her support staff and very helpful and knowledgeable also. Divorce is never easy but with the help of Melissa and her staff I felt supported and the process went smoothy.

I needed help with some post-divorce issues that another attorney hadn't handled well (in my divorce case). From the beginning, Melissa and her team were very helpful and explained very clearly how to handle my case. Their empathy and excellent knowledge were impressive. They helped me resolve the irreparable issues and obtain the best results in my divorce decree, where the recent change in circumstances in my life brought me the consequences of poor prior work from the other attorney on my case. Melissa, Chandra, Melissa, and Aaron were always very supportive. I highly recommend Melissa Graham-Hurd and her team (I wish it could be more) with 5 stars. An excellent law firm with wonderful people!

My son actually did the homework on local attorneys & ended up telling me "Dad......you HAVE to hire this lawyer; she's a real bulldog with great ratings". From the start, when I told Melissa what I was initially willing to give up, she just looked at me and asked, "Why would you do that"? Her face said it all. My reply was simply "Look....I'm hiring you to look out for my best interests. I don't even know what that should look like? Don't let me agree to something stupid". I told her I had no ill will for my wife. She said her goal was to work for something equitable and fair for both of us. I was on board with that mentality. It took two full years of back & forth & in the end I was quite satisfied with how I had been represented by her AND Chandra (who focused on the financial end of things). Both, my now ex-wife and I, can survive without undue hardship. I believe that to be the best disillusion I could hope for. If you want dirt cheap - look elsewhere, if you want solid, long-term solutions, look no further. Your best interests WILL be looked after with DILIGENCE!
