If I could give one’s stars I would. Do NOT use this number. They will not help you. I tried to explain things as best I could, and was berated. Even them saying I didn’t give enough to clarify on one thing in specific when they could have asked! And when I tried, it wasn’t good enough basically. Got berated for even calling this number even though my therapist gave this to me to HELP me. If I would have known this was “such an important number” I would have NEVER called. How was I supposed to know this was number for *extreme* cases? You couldn’t have told me that before fully taking me?? The fact that I apologized to you and you still had the nerve to treat me like I’m an idiot. Thanks for making a grown woman cry 👍.

Do not waste your time calling this absolute joke of an establishment. I just called for the third day in a row to finally speak with someone after waiting on hold for at least 20 minutes each time to have a waste of life named Roy answer the phone to say he's going to transfer me three times in a row to only cycle me back to through the intake line that goes directly back to him after waiting another 20 minutes. I know that no one called in between my calls with him as I was calling on two separate phones and documenting everything. So they have this person named Roy who decides when and if he is going to pick up the phone and how much information he's going to divulge about the operation including his last name and actual position at the law office. Literally, the worst customer service I have ever received and I will be making a complaint to the state of Minnesota. After I exposed Roy for what he was doing to me, he decided to laugh over the phone which I have all documented, to only tell me that he made this simple mistake of putting me on accidentally on loop. He then goes to tell me for the third time that he is going to direct me to the right person to speak to someone about my potential case with this office to only send me directly back to the beginning of the intake line that leads to him. Only this time, he decides not to answer any of the phones that I called the intake line from after waiting over 30 minutes. A complete clown show and I will find you Roy. 😆

Awful I've been trying to get legal advice from someone for the last 2 weeks and here they are they don't even clarify what they assist in. I finally spoke with two different people this week on the intake line first one,a man, who isn't even listening to what I'm saying is talking to other people while i am speaking to him, and just tells me to call back at 9:30am, after talking for 20 mins to speak with another intake specialist. The second person, a woman, who seems a little more focused on the call, yet kept interrupting me every 5 seconds asking the same question if I'm being evicted and i kept repeating that wasn't. Now at first i had asked what do they need to know because i didn't really know where to start as my situation is complex, after 25 mins of back and forth because she had a really bad attitude claiming that she is trying to help and by this point I'm very pissed off had the audacity to tell me to have a better attitude and finally said that they can't help me because my situation doesn't fit their criteria I.E. not being evicted, etc.. rudely tells me to call homeline which im already waiting on this place is a joke, dont expect anything from this organization. An absolute waste of time, incompassionate people.
