This place has been taking care of me for over 8 years and it’s been an amazing experience/journey! The staff and group of lawyers that they have working there are all amazing and hard working. They take you seriously and answer questions on the spot. They keep you updated with your situation and want to see you strive. I had a great experience with Aracely and Anelis; both hard warming and I trust them wholeheartedly.

The lady on the phone would keep talking over me when she would ask a question and I would try an answer she would just keep saying that unfortunately we can’t help without even hearing all my story. It’s even more sad that I was highly recommended to contact the lawyer Maria, but was very very disappointed that her staff wouldn’t let me get a word out to even schedule the consultation. I was not able to get the lady’s name just because she kept talking over me.

I first started working with Monclova Law in 2016. Through conditional residence, permanent residence, and (hopefully) citizenship soon… they’ve seen me all the way through. Scott was the lawyer assigned to my case since the beginning… he’s always so levelheaded and knowledgeable. As for who I consider the real MVP, it has to be Aracely. I said it was definitely on me about getting all of my paperwork in and she walked me through absolutely everything ANDDD if I’m being honest, I would have never really considered myself an easy client so I really appreciate her. As for Anelis- I completely understand why they have her as the first face to see when going into the office. She always has a smile on her face, is so sweet, and cares about the clients. Aracely first called me to Inform me about my citizenship interview. She was super helpful and congratulated me And was genuinely happy for me. Not much after I received a call from Anelis just because she wanted to congratulate me and was just so happy for me. From start to finish, this has been an amazing team!

Hands down to the Monclova Law office. The staff was always nice and super friendly. I started my case back in 2015 obtained my work permit in 2018. Fast forward to today 2023 i became a US citizen. Back in 2015 i worked directly with Mrs, Monclova her self and to end my process with Lawyer Smith. 100% recommend loved them all. Always very clear about my case and answered all my questions. If needed and when needed I will be coming back without hesitation.
