I had a consultation with this firm and they specifically told me they handle my type of case. The next step was to talk to the other attorneys and put together the cost to review the court documents on my case. I never got an email from the attorney regarding the estimate. I called the office and the notes the attorney had in the system stated, "There isn't an attorney that can handle the case at this time." I'd have to wait maybe 3 or 4 months. I can't wait 3 or 4 months because I could be deported any day now. So I requested a refund for my consultation payment of $200. The attorney did not provide me with an adequate consultation regarding my case, he listened and told me he actually wanted to charge me more money to review the paperwork for my case on an hourly basis and after they review the case they can then give me a cost on how much it would be to hire them. I don't know if this is standard procedure, but I feel i was ripped off! I did not get any advice regarding my case I was told told they could do it and then to find out they won't be able to pick up my case at this time. I've requested this refund and left several messages, every week, noone has replied to my refund request. If you cannot assist in a case why would you cjarge a cinsultation fee judt to tell me you cant take my case? Worst experience with a highly rated practice. Very upsetting and unprofessional!

I want to thank Angie Sanchez. She is definitely a valuable person in this firm. In addition to her charisma, she is a great human being. Furthermore, Angie provides the best customer service. Since my husband and I started his case with NOVO Legal Group, Angie has been courteous and kind to us from day one. She explained to us how the process would be and answered all the questions we had. Not only did she guide us throughout the process, but she has also been available for us this whole time. It has been much easier to contact her than the lawyer himself. Everyone was really nice, but Angie always went above and beyond to help us. If I could, I would give her millions of stars in a Google review for her service, but I can only give her 5. I recommend this firm, but even more, I highly recommend seeking Angie's assistance for any case you may need. With her, you'll never feel lost. They have all helped my husbands case tremendously. Bryce is our lawyer and has been very helpful throughout our process.
