Receptionist was heartless and rude when I called today at 10/23/25. Needs to receive instruction on how to have better candor and communication during sensitive situations when people are calling in. I wouldn't recommend this firm if you are seeking any sort of representation.

March 2024 I updated my review. I continued documenting my saga and they're helping me. Thank You! They were prompt in returning my call. I thought the right people would be held accountable after a few meetings. Once the leverage was used in getting one of the issues fixed, the rest were "conveniently" left for me to figure out. I made a joke about the rest of my issues and they felt that I could "live" with the rest, even though in the beginning, other issues addressed raised eyebrows on how this continues happening to the less fortunate. Disappointed in the outcome, but thankful for the time spent reviewing the obvious deceptions and shortcuts taken.

If you want a Legal Firm to work for you , these guys will, it doesn't matter how long that it takes they will fight til the end plus they usually WIN .i highly recommend Mountain State Justice. I found Mountain State Justice for my Mother to get legal help even after she had passed on I was the executor of her estate , that did not stop them from pursuing the legal suit and finally Won. They have a powerful punch and will not let little set backs effect them in no way, they are punctual and to the point as well as very straight up and Honest.

I have a huge case where a fugitive scammed me with a mobile home and MSJ claims to do Consumer Fraud cases. I have been declined twice.
