I love my experience with Mr. Costa! He did my case during almost 5 years, Him and his entire team are amazing, and they always were there for every stepand help me with every single thing in my process. Even though it was a really long and complicated process they made everything easy. Today I got my green card, and I am extremely happy and Grateful for such a great experience with them. The whole team work is really caring and passionate with their job. 100% recommended

My son and I hired John Dooney to help us with a 90 day fiance visa. We met at the law offices in Portland. In the first meeting, John clearly explained the process from start to finish and he carefully set our expectations. We went home and set to work on preparing our paperwork and completing our assigned tasks. We did everything that John advised us to do. My future daughter in law arrived in the US Feb.2020. Fast forward.... She now has her green card! We never had anxiety nor unwanted surprises. My daughter in law said that when she met with the embassy Official in her country, she moved through the process smoothly because John and Johanna Rojas, John's paralegal guided her so well on what was needed. She watched other applicants being rejected because clearly their advisors did not provide the same level of expertise and professionalism. Just want to take this opportunity to thank John, Johanna and the entire NELSON SMITH team. They worked hard for me and my family. In just little over a year, John and Johanna have worked on my case to adjust my permanent status and how pleased I am with the outcome. I was so impressed with their professionalism! I would recommend Nicole Smith and her team at Nelson and Smith LLP! I have had an amazing experience working with them to obtain my Husbands Permanent Residency (Green Card). I could not have done this on my own! They were so organized and never once tired of hearing my questions or concerns with the process. John Dooney is a fantastic attorney! My husband and I highly recommend his services. John guided us through the application process, was always there to help and answer all of our questions, and he even accompanied us to the interview. I was granted a Green Card in less than 9 months without any issues, and I’m very grateful for John’s help!
