I cannot say enough good things about New Direction Family Law. My case had grown very complex over several years but Ashley guided me through it with clarity, precision, and professionalism. She did it with total confidence and precision. She was prepared down to every detail, explained things in a way the judge could easily follow, and made me feel completely supported the whole time. Watching her work in court was like watching "The Pro" she truly is in her own element. She was born for this job and I am so glad she was in my corner. Taylor jumped into my case later in the last lag but wasted no time getting up to speed. She pulled together binders, tagged attachments, and organized hundreds of communication records. She was patient with me even when I was running low on energy and she never let anything slip. Her patience and support made a real difference. Fizzy was amazing too. She handled the financial side of my case with so much professionalism and care. Every time I had questions or needed clarity she was helpful, responsive, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. Working with Ava Jeanette, my attorney at New Direction Family Law, was a great experience. Matt Jackson has been my attorney for around 10 yrs. He has been great dealing with my divorce and everything that has followed. Matt has always been very attentive and responds quickly when the need arises and really knows his stuff. I highly recommend hiring Matt!!!

I highly recommend hiring Attorney Matthew Jackson at New Direction Family Law for any family law matters: custody, child support, show causes, you name it. I’ve known him since 2017 and went through three different attorneys before finding him. None came close. He actually had to clean up the mess from the past ineffective representation that I had retained. Matt not only got me everything I asked for in court, but he also showed genuine care and compassion every step of the way. Before working with him, I had a pretty negative view of the whole court process. That completely changed once he took my case.
