My case was to complicated. No help. No referral. Sent me to generic website. They don't care about you. They don't want to help you. They didn't ask questions. They didn't discuss anything. No personality. No humanity, sympathy, empathy. They left me out to dry. The staff member who called to review had thevpersonality of a brick wall. Rushed through the process. Gave me hope and then was dashed away from a very dismissive email. My employer discriminated against me and violated my rights and he told me in layman's terms oh well. Do not hire them.

Dell Djaliul during intake was rude and condescending for literally no reason. all it took was for me to ask her to repeat something to treat me like i'm not worthy of respect. she spoke slow and choppy like the request was personal. and don't ask me to reach out because i'm not interested in babysitting so-called professionals

Very transparent and kind. From the consultation, Betty was absolutely amazing and then my return phone call from Heather who helped directly give me the transparent answers I needed. Appreciated the experience I had with them. Thank you for helping me.
