Worst lawyer in the world may sign a rider after my claim was done that I cannot touch my Medicare set aside for anything other than my injury and if I didn’t they would take the money away from me I grew up with Gary and can’t believe he did this to memy home is now falling apart I have no vehicle I can’t afford anything my home is gonna fall apart around me I have no money and this is what he’s done to me don’t ever go with him ever

This is a very unprofessional lawfirm. Their attorneys don't seem too keen on customer service, or even just human decency. I wouldn't trust this lawfirm even on a minor case, especially when you consider they try to get you to see their "inhouse" doctor friends for false testimony. Their main attorney Mr Nitsche at one point went as far as to get into an argument about something that they had imagined, seemingly while drunk as he then asked me to have a beer with him.. Interesting people.

A reputation for professionalism was most important. Gary Nitsche provided outstanding representation, and personal,counseling to me during the course of a difficult case. His paralegal Myra kept me up to date as my case progressed. Gary Nitsche is the only firm to see in Delaware.

Although my case is not yet settled, I feel confident that Gary and his team are doing everything they can to make sure my future medical needs are handled. Gary is always available to answer my concerns and no question is too small for him to take seriously. Best law firm in Delaware!

Very through and kinD staff they helped me out a lot I changed lawyers because I wasn't being explained everything and what was happening. My last lawyer assumed id know everything of court and law-related and obviously I Dont. I dislike feeling rushed and Joel made me feel like I wasn't wasting his time or bothering him he's very nice and a great lawyer came highly recommend. Need someone to fight for the little guy and need your voice heard use Joel.
