I needed legal help to resolve my immigration status. I contacted the O'Neil/Baker law firm for help. My experience with them was an eye opener into the world of the legal process. Erin O'Neil was was pleasant and welcoming during our first contact through a Zoom phone call. She explained what would be involved in the process of trying to restore my permanent residency status, and what it would cost to do so. I had very limited income to get the process started, so she made a payment plan available to me. I was assigned a lawyer named Jeffrey who worked diligently on my case from start to finish. It was a complicated case that required a multi layered effort to get the job done. There were times during the process when I felt distraught and hopeless, and the lawyers provided reassurance and encouragement. My immigration story started at the beginning of president Trumps first term, and has just recently finished by receiving an immigrant visa. We went through few immigration lawyers before meeting attorney Erin O’Neil, and her recent paralegal Jeanette. At the free consultation attorney O’Neil got my case details and immediately guided me on the right path, which was not the case with the other lawyers as my case was somewhat complicated. This being said, it took two waivers and a visa interview to resolve it, and all were approved due to their professionalism. After my visa interview, which took 4 months to be approved, attorney O’Neil was keeping in touch with the embassy, making sure everything was going smoothly, and pushing them to do their job in a timely fashion. She is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. In person you can definitely feel her positive aura and smile. As you can imagine there was a lot of communication back and forth, so her associates Jeanette and Kayla were always on top of it responding promptly. I strongly recommend this firm for any immigration needs. Hats off to them all. Keep it up!
