WOW, I just got off the phone with one of the intake specialists, I explained my situation to her and she brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. To top it off she raised her voice at means that is when I hung up the phone and decided to call another lawyer. This law firm is nasty, rude, and inconsiderate. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE Not to mention she totally downplayed what happened to me and made it seem like what happened to ME wasn’t a big deal.

Dave Roth and his incredible team helped us through the most difficult time in our lives: a house fire. This horrible tragedy was made worse by our insurance carrier. It should've taken four months to rebuild our home, but it took a year, and for no reason other than incompetence and inaction on the part of our insurance company. I'm in search of an attorney or firm with legal malpractice experience and guts that'll take on my extremely unique and eye opening lawsuit and represent me at the trial by jury as I've had to represent myself at the last two hearings and represent myself fully since Feb. 22nd, 2025, the day I filed the lawsuit (civil - federal was filed July 14th, 2025). This firm was kind enough to review some info on my case, which was much more than most of the firms did that I've contacted for help. Although this firm wasn't experienced in my case or ready at this time to take it on, they considered taking it and sent me a kind email with advice and information that helped guide me, as I'm not a licensed attorney and never want to play "Pro Se" again after I win this case. Anyways, I can tell this firm has guts and integrity. People who call them for help aren't just numbers or "$$" to them unlike Eric J Ronke and his evil form (Ronke Law, PLLC - SD). The best part about this firm is Samantha, in my opinion. Her kind words and telling me she believed in me helped me significantly today. Thanks again for your kindness, Samantha! Phenomenal thoroughness and commitment to making sure that I was informed of all my options at every step in the process. I specifically worked with Kendrick, and he is a great and thoughtful lawyer. If you're his boss and you're reading this, please give him money. Emma was also very kind and efficient at keeping up with all the admin. Give her money as well. Clayton did an amazing job providing guidance and context the whole way through. If he ain't an equity partner make him one. The moral of the story is that everyone who helped me did a great job. If you find yourself in need of representation, I can't recommend anyone more.
