Although Patricia’s name is listed on the firm’s materials and the reviews here are glowing, I only interacted with someone named Jonathan. Over the course of several weeks, it took multiple emails and a follow-up call before I finally received a clear answer. When that answer finally came, it appeared to shift responsibility back onto me as the prospective client. I was not offered a brief initial phone call free of charge. The concern was not simply promptness but more clarity and quality of communication. This experience did not inspire confidence in the firm’s services.
