I thought I was going to end up oweing a ton to RI for taxes since I work in MA when I did the online filing and got scared and came here for help because there's no way it could have been that much; turns out I'm getting a great refund and everything is just how it should be! Everyone I worked with was so kind and sweet and helped me understand what was going and and why my refund was how it was. I've never used an in person tax preparation service, but I am so glad I found these guys; they brought my stress levels down so much. They are also incredibly affordable! I will absolutely be back next year, highly highly recommend!!

I went in on February 12 2021. The worst service ever! Instead of helping me get as much money as possible back, I received less then ever. Also, when I questioned, and mentioned that I was using my refund for vacation he told me that I make enough money to pay for it!!!Very rude on his part. Then he wanted to charge me 100 dollars too file. I found it to be to much for someone who was getting only 593 so, he told me he was going to charge me 30 dollars. The next day I looked at my charges on my card and there it was 80 dollars he charged me. So unprofessional.

They provide the best services in town. Mayne is always there to answer any questions and goes beyond to help anyone. She's the one that has help with my taxes as well as doing my mother's immigration papers.
