I usually rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's necessary to share my experience so that others looking for a lawyer can be better informed. Here are some key points: When I booked the consultation, the assistant sent me an email stating the fee was $125 USD. However, when it came time to pay, I was charged $150 USD. I wondered why the price had increased, but the email was never updated — it felt like the client was made to bear the cost of their mistake. I paid the $150 consultation fee and had sent all of my background information to the lawyer in advance. However, during the consultation, it was clear that the lawyer had not reviewed my documents. Most of the consultation time was spent with me simply explaining my own background again. In the end, I did not receive any analysis or solutions for my case — only a quote for services.

The journey was a smooth but long one and Ms Frieda Goldstein the Immigration Attorney was a cool and calculated woman. She really knew her job. She reassured me that we got to wait and the waiting time has ended in praise. I will NOT hesitate one bit to recommend a potentially new client to her.

The very best! Their team are always there to answer your questions and guide you throughout the entire process. I had issues with getting my EAD a couple of years ago and my previous attorney would not return my calls. I switched to Pozo Goldstein, Frieda managed to get me my EAD within 2 months. It’s imperative to have an attorney on your side that you can rely on, and there’s no one better out there. I am very grateful for all of you guys, keep up the good work!

Frieda, Tina and the whole Pozo Goldstein team were amazing through my mothers adjustment of status case! My mother and I were extremely nervous, and they patiently guided us through the whole process. The office was always quick to reply to any concerns or questions that my family and I had.
