I made an appointment with the lawyer over a month ago, they got my information and it was supposed to be an online meeting. A week ago I got a call from one of the assistance confirming my meeting with Dr. Abigail, I was not able to return the call but I was expecting this meeting. Today was the day of the meeting but I was surprised about not getting any link for the meeting online. I called the firm 1/2 hour before the meeting, the person who answer the phone asked the lawyer about any link sent to me to what she said: "she sent the link to my email address", I never got any link and no one confirm anything with me about it. Then she said that lawyer was sending me the link again to my email address for this meeting but I never got anything and no one cares about calling me to confirm this action today. The firm has my information and when I called today they confirm my email address. I called them back 8 minutes after my meeting, no one was able to give me an explanation about what happened and to me the lawyer seems not to care about it. I understand they have many cases but mine was important as well and I was paying for my first interaction with lawyer. I find this very unprofessional and leave me with a bad experience from "Puerta Grande-Law Firm" and the lawyer "Abigail C. Wahl" as well. And, if this is not enough, the lawyer called me 35 minutes late to tell me that she sent the link to me, because I told her that I did not care about it anymore she got upset, said that she sent the link yesterday and today and it was my fault because maybe I gave the wrong email address, did not let me say anything and she hung up the phone. No one called before to confirm anything but the lawyer made time to get upset with a "client" and hung up phone"??? Bad practice, bad services.

I have start with before she had a law office. Love to see her grow into her own business. She is one of the best lawyers I know. Is very well knowledgeable as well as professional and organized and tells the truth about the your case probabilities of your case.she loves and has passion for what she does.. that is hard to come by in a person. Puerta grande law you are making a difference every day 👏 🙌 thank you your support and dedication 👏 😀
