I hired the Ranchod Law Group for a relatively straightforward immigration matter. While their communication has been good, my overall experience has been disappointing. The progress on my case has been much slower than expected, and I often felt that it was not handled efficiently. I expected more proactive follow-up and greater clarity throughout the process, especially considering the fees involved. I hope the firm improves its internal coordination and case management so that future clients can have a smoother, more transparent experience.

Ranchod law firm helped me successfully navigate through nuance field of immigration law, unique to my personal situation. My only qualm was the communication, which was sometimes difficult. This may just be a result of the new times; WFH and email, minimal to zero face to face, phone calls, etc. I thought I would have more communication with attorney Ranchod, this was my initial reason for going with them.
