Work Permit arrived 2 weeks after you filed for me. It was half the time that was written online. This was major for me, as I was no longer dependent on my employer. The USCIS interview went so incredibly smoothly. Ana Maria was our case manager. The experience was perfect. They always answered all our questions. I felt 100% they cared cared about us. 100% detail oriented. The regular checking in was great. We never felt alone. Ensured we had no questions. I meant a lot. In addition I was given the 10 year green card right after the interview. Thank you Relislaw team for your great help. I am now living a stress-free life and able freely without fear to visit family abroad.

Approved Work Permit in 6 weeks and Conditional Green card 9 months later! We were so happy about that. Approved Green Card! Also got the Work Permit within (1) one month from when you filed our case :). Everything was smoothly approved and everything I got very quickly. No issues with anything. Case manager was Ana. Fine experience with Ana. Also had Evelyn as our case manager. She was very friendly. We liked dealing with Evelyn. We used the online Evidence folders, and we received updates on our progress to update us what evidence we had left. Thank you so much.

I am writing to update my review regarding my experience with this organization. Initially, I was extremely satisfied, particularly with the assistance provided in securing my U visa certification from the NYPD. My former attorney had faced two denials, but your team successfully navigated this challenge. My case manager, Juliana, was excellent; she provided prompt updates and valuable resources that strengthened my application. However, my satisfaction has significantly diminished following the receipt of my certification. I am disappointed with the services provided during the following phase. Despite a promised four-week timeframe for submission, my application has not been sent to the USCIS, and it has now been two months. While apologies were offered when I inquire, the lack of communication, and reassurance has led me to adjust my rating from five stars to four stars. Nevertheless, I am open to update this review in the future if my experience improves.
