I have mixed feelings. Felt with Virginia for our company not paying us Sundays and she was fantastic. Dealing with someone else for another reason involving my company not following Rhode Island pay laws and he’s awful. Doesn’t answer my calls, is rude over email, doesn’t help me or my staff what so ever. Idk where they hire these people.
If I could give less then a 1 star review I would. Every day I call to file for unemployment due to my layoff in construction, it’s been over a month of calling every single day and the same automated response comes up “the call center is currently closed” you people are pathetic and suck at what you do. Not all of but 99.9% of you guys suck.
These folks don't deserve the rep they have. It is a digital world and they are expedient and caring and placed a call to me within 48hrs of filling out a contact us form after I made a mistake that suspended my benefits.
Must be nice to sit inside the DLT all day and get paid doing absolutely nothing. Go drive through the Pastore Complex at 9am on a nice day and all the workers are out walking track. At 9am??? So they punch in to go exercise and then come back and take a two hour lunch on the clock!! After that they file 1-2 papers and then clock out!! Must be nice!! Nepotism at its finest
Absolutely disgusting. When someone loses their job unexpectedly and files for unemployment. They are made to wait OVER A MONTH just to have what they call a interview to see if you qualify. Meanwhile, you have to make sure you certify each week. Having someone wait over a month with a family they have to provide for to see if they even can receive payments is disgusting. Whoever is in charge of making that a thing should be FIRED immediately.
