If I could give zero stars I would. I do NOT recommend this law firm. First, there is no communication. You literally have to hunt down whoever your case is assigned to, they will not contact you to give you updates on your case. Secondly, the staff itself is a joke. They lack communication,empathy, professionalism, resolution, and truly wasted our money and time. We have emailed, called, left voicemails and text messages, etc and we still got no where. Attorney Susana and Alicia Hernandez were truly no help and never resolved anything. Jennifer- the Paralegal doesn't pay attention to the information given her. We requested multiple times a different Paralegal but that never happened. Not only did she email me and address me by a different name which is very unprofessional but she also made it extremely difficult to advance in my husband's case. The defense attorney that was assigned also didn't do his homework and when my husband needed his defense attorney not once did this defense attorney reach out to myself or my husband. He failed us. We have to requested to cancel our contract and for a refund. My husband spoke to (Eduardo-the owners brother)Mu husband was told due to requesting a refund we could not text, or call them and only email them. Its currently 01/14/2026 and we still have NOT heard from Saenz-Garcia Law and still no refund!! Im very upset and disappointed at this law firm. During this delicate time we are living in and with this administration we needed real attorneys who are dedicated, honest and reliable sadly this is what we got. Give us back our money! Again, I do NOT recommend. Save your time,money, and headaches. Do your research on immigration attorneys.

This law firm did the job for us. There is a team effort that will work for you. Vanessa Didier was exceptionally great with her communications with the immigration judge. She also took adequate time with us. I believe she has a personality that judges prefer. Prepare to do some homework on gathering needed documentation for the firm to organize and present to immigration. This law firm was much better than the first law firm we used, especially when it comes to communications with the client. They did return my calls or emails quickly. Thanks to them, the court case was a win!

We are incredibly grateful to this firm for the outstanding work they did on my brother’s case. From the very beginning, they were the only firm willing to take on his situation — while many other attorneys refused, calling it too complicated or saying they could not help. This alone meant the world to us. Andrea did truly exceptional work in court. Her preparation, professionalism, and confidence made a huge difference, and she fought for my brother with a level of commitment that gave us hope during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Berenice, the paralegal, was also amazing. She was patient, responsive, and always willing to clarify every detail for us. She handled every update quickly and with so much care. Thanks to the hard work of the entire team, my brother won his case. We are deeply thankful for everything they did for our family and would wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone facing a complex immigration process.

I had an appointment scheduled, and my husband and I took time off work to attend. While already on my way, I called the office to confirm the address since it’s a far drive and there are three different locations listed on Google. During that call, I was told my appointment no longer existed and had been canceled, without any prior notice. I understand that a firm’s time is valuable, but my time is valuable as well. I also understand that mistakes happen; however, I would have appreciated at least a written apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I reached out by email, as the firm suggests in responses to other reviews. In my previous calls with the firm I’ve clearly stated that I cannot take phone calls between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. due to my work schedule, which is why I contacted them in writing. Despite this, I only received a phone call during the hours I said I cannot take calls, and no written response or apology. Paulina, please do not comment asking me to reach out again. I already emailed the firm six days ago and did not receive a written follow-up. While I’m sure this firm does great work based on other reviews, my personal experience with scheduling and communication was disappointing.

Amazing service! I was able to obtain my citizenship without any complications. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions with patience, and made a stressful process feel much easier. I truly felt like they cared about my case and worked hard to get everything done right.
