We hired Sisini Law and Tony helped us with my husband’s residency about 4 years ago and they truly did an amazing job, made it easy and fast. Their communication was not the best but they would give me updates so we didn’t mind. For my husband’s citizenship, we tried to hire them again and they literally did not respond. I would call, email, leave voicemails and nothing. We actually ended up doing the paperwork for my husband’s citizenship on our own and we got it super fast. Tony got back to me weeks after the fact we had already started the process on our own but at that point it was too late. Fast forward a year later, we reached out again so they can help us with a sponsorship case for my husband’s parents and once again they do not respond. I call, I email, I left voicemails, I even went to their virtual assistant to get help and nothing. It’s unbelievable that a professional law firm will not get back to potential clients. I understand lawyers are busy but that’s why there are assistants, receptionist, etc. I even understand getting back to people late but not responding at all or responding weeks later is not acceptable. I really tried to like them since Tony was nice and did a good job but I cannot get over the lack of profesionalism. I dont understand how they are ok with losing cases just because of lack of communication or not getting back to people in a timely manner. Wish them the best but would not recommend them for lack of profesionalism and communication.

I arrived in the united states from China seeking asylum in September 2014. In January 2015 I hired a lawyer in Chicago to prepare for Asylum and permanent residence. In July 2017 I passed my Interview. Then my case was sent to the local field office in Milwaukee on August 24, 2017. August 2023 I hired a different lawyer. After one year I fired that attorney. A good friend of mine in Wisconsin recommended John Sesini to me. My first phone call to John was September 10th 2024, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and understanding of my case , just by answering 3 or 4 questions. He instructed me in what I needed to do to move forward with my case when others had no clue what to do. In all of my interactions with John, he was Professional, courteous, quick and patient to answer any questions that I had. He would work on his days off to give me the help I needed. Within 5 months, I now hold my Permanent Residence card in my hand. I would highly recommend anyone who needs an immigration lawyer to retain Sesini Law Firm. John is extremely professional and helpful. While it took a day or so for him to get back to me, when we were able to connect, he went way out of his way to answer several questions I had. Both he and his secretary/assistant were extremely gracious, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!
