Laura is the most amazing immigration attorney to work with, by far the best experience we've had yet (and unfortunately we've had several bad ones). She's professional, efficient, and communicates well. We had a pretty complicated history and background and Laura helped us over-prepare, making sure we were ready for any situation. That resulted in the smoothest process ever with USCIS. I cannot recommend Laura enough for any legal assistance within her portfolio.

I cannot recommend Laura enough! She is personable and easy to work with. My husband and I partially worked with her while she was employed at her old firm and shortly after she started her firm we knew we wanted to transfer our case to her. One of the biggest issues we had with the other company was communication and Laura was always so easy to get in touch with! I could always expect a return call or email within a day, if not a few hours. She always answered all of our questions and was willing to go above and beyond what we expected. She is very thorough and most important of all our case had a successful outcome - my husband is a permanent resident - that wouldn't have happened without her. Our case was over Dec 2018 but she still checks in with us every so often which shows how much she truly cares about her clients!

Laura is very good at what she does! She is thorough and kind and quick to respond and answer any questions you may have. She helped us from beginning to end on the journey for my husband to become a permanent resident. She has so much knowledge and a kind and giving spirit. I do highly recommend Laura Shepard as a excellent attorney. I dont know how to express my big thanks to Laura. She is the best lawyer that I and all of my friends have ever known. Laura helped me to win an immigration appeal which the other lawyers in Indi confirmed is hopeless to win. I filed the case by myself at the begining. The 3-hours interview wasnt good at all with a rude officer and languague barrier. As a result, I received a NOID. At that point, after considering many choices, I hired Laura to response the NOID but Covid totally screwed up everything with mail lost . Finally, I received a decision that USCIS rejected my case. We immidiately filed EOIR-29 and its awsome that we won it. I received my 10-years green card 3 weeks ago. Until now, Im still cant believedy dream is come true. All the best for you, Laura.
