I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Solorzano Law Firm and would not recommend them. From the beginning, communication was a major issue. My assigned paralegal, Jazmin, was consistently unpleasant and rude. She rarely reached out to me on her own—I always had to initiate contact—and when I asked questions, she was dismissive and unwilling to explain things. This was incredibly frustrating, as this was my first time going through an accident claim and I relied on her to guide me through the process. One incident that truly crossed the line was when I was told that the defendant’s insurance needed to take possession of my vehicle for an inspection. I was initially uncomfortable with this, but Jazmin made me feel as though I had no choice. When my vehicle was returned, it had additional damage—a large dent in the front, even though my accident damage was in the back. When I brought this up, I was told there was “no one to hold accountable” and that I would have to deal with it myself. This was shocking and unacceptable, as the vehicle was damaged while under their direction. On top of that, Jazmin went on maternity leave unexpectedly, which I completely understand. However, I was never notified. Instead, I was essentially ghosted for an entire month. I attempted to contact her for two weeks with no response, and only two weeks later was I contacted by someone new who told me they were now my paralegal. During that entire month, I had many unanswered questions and no communication whatsoever. Unfortunately, the new paralegal was not up to speed on my case and repeatedly asked me questions about details she should have already known. This only added to the stress and made it clear that my case was not being properly managed. Overall, this process was extremely stressful and unpleasant. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism made me feel like my best interests were not a priority. I did not feel supported, informed, or confident that my case was being handled with care. For these reasons, I would not recommend this firm.
