Sophia represented my wife and I through 4-years of getting her citizenship as well as our marriage certification. Sophia was nothing but professional, direct, and responsive. She made the nearly impossible process of getting her citizenship approved seem manageable. It has been a pleasure working with her over the 4 years. There is one last note I would like to add that I think truly speaks volumes to the type of professional you would get when working with her. There was a mistake in our paperwork and when found, she promptly informed us and took responsibility. She didn't beat around the bush, she and her team worked promptly to fix it. I am still happy to give her 5 stars (as opposed to 4 or less) because mistakes are inevtiable in any field, but people who own up to them are rare.
